The Art of Noticing
In this video, you are invited into the felt experience of noticing and being.
You will be guided to use your senses, your breath, and to move into a gentle yin yoga pose to cultivate stillness and anchor into presence.
What you will need for this session:
Sacred smoke (incense, palo santo, dried herbs, smudge stick
Candle
A plant / flower to meditate with
A comfortable space to lie down, a blanket, a pillow / cushion / bolster and whatever else you may need for yin yoga child’s pose
