An online sanctuary for women ready to move from insight into embodiment.
You've read the books. Done the therapy. Tried the practices.
You're not looking for more information - you're tired of over-functioning, and the same pattern keeps showing up no matter how much you already know.
This isn't about learning more. It's about integration.
You are safe to come home to your full self.
Through somatic practice, ritual, creativity and community.
Not another thing to do.
A rhythm to return to.
What you will feel inside Nectar
Clarity. Grounded frameworks and simple practices that help you recognise what's true beneath the noise - without adding more complexity to a life that already holds enough.
Embodiment. This isn't more analysis. Through somatic practice, yin yoga, breathwork, and ritual, insight stops living in your head and starts becoming something you feel, practise, and carry into ordinary days.
Alignment. The ongoing, unglamorous work of noticing where you've drifted from yourself - and making thoughtful, embodied changes that bring your inner and outer life back into coherence.
Witnessed. Women's circles and a community of women doing this same work - capacity building doesn't have to happen alone.
A safe and sacred space in the company of a group of women who also carried in them the spirit of longing to be present, open and receptive. Embodied practices were received as invitations to awaken and listen to our lives with less emphasis on 'thinking' and more on being simply 'with myself' 'with and in life.'

WHAT YOU RECEIVE
Nectar gives you a gentle rhythm to come back to yourself, week after week.
Rather than another program to complete, you have six months to practise, explore and gradually integrate a more embodied way of living. It is a space where you can slow down enough to notice what is happening within you, experiment with different ways of being, and begin to bring those experiences into your everyday life.
Inside Nectar, you’ll receive:
-
Each week, there is a live space to pause, reconnect and turn your attention inward.
Fortnightly Yin & Breath offers nourishing movement, breath and embodied practice to help you reconnect with your body, shift out of doing mode and create space to feel.
Fortnightly Tea & Writing offers a slower space for reflection, journaling and self-inquiry, helping you listen to what is present beneath the noise.
The sessions alternate, creating a gentle rhythm of practice and reflection that gives you something to return to without becoming another demand on your time.
If you can’t make it live, everything is recorded, so you can return whenever the timing feels right for you.
-
Nectar includes a curated collection of somatic practices, breathwork, Yin, gentle movement, rituals and reflective practices, ranging from five-minute practices you can weave into a busy day to longer sessions for when you have more space.
There is no beginning you have to start from or sequence you need to work your way through. Instead, you can choose what meets you where you are, whether that is a few minutes of grounding between meetings, a longer Yin practice at the end of the week, or something to support you through a particular season of life.
-
Each season brings a new focus and theme to support your reflection and practice.
Rather than constantly looking for something to fix, improve or work on within yourself, you are invited to notice what is emerging, explore what you are experiencing and practice meeting yourself differently, in rhythm with the natural world and the season you are in.
-
Each month, we come together for a shared experience designed to nourish connection, creativity and presence.
Some months will be a women’s circle, while others might be a creative gathering or seasonal experience, guided by Marina, Sarah, our resident art therapist, or a guest teacher.
These gatherings offer an opportunity to step outside your everyday rhythm, be witnessed, explore something new and experience this work in connection with others.
-
Most importantly, Nectar gives you somewhere to practice.
To notice what your body is telling you and create a little more space. To recognise when you are reaching your limits and allow rest before depletion takes over. To make room for creativity, pleasure and curiosity, as well as stillness.
Over time, this practice can become a way of relating to yourself that extends beyond the sessions themselves. You begin to notice what is true, make choices with greater awareness, and build your capacity for both rest and aliveness.
The intention is not simply to feel different while you are inside Nectar, but to take what you discover with you into your relationships, your work and the way you move through your everyday life.
Because embodiment isn’t something you learn once. It is something you return to, again and again.
You deserve this time for yourself
You don’t have to wait until you’re exhausted enough to justify slowing down, and you don’t have to earn rest by being productive first. Your inner life deserves attention too, not only when something has gone wrong, but as part of being a whole person.
The time you spend reconnecting with yourself is not time taken away from your life. It is part of your life.
When you have space to listen, feel, restore and reconnect, you can have more of yourself available for the people, work, relationships and experiences that matter to you.
Life is not something to get through. It is something you are here to experience.
What our members are saying:
“I definitely feel that I’m a lot more balanced now than before. I’m more mindful as well, and I’m guided by, you know, seeing the emails come through and knowing that these things are set up for us, these spaces are set up helps me to stay focused on being balanced and mindful.”
- CHRISTY
“Just resurfacing again after a most transformative and healing session. I just had no idea that this connection and momentum can happen in such a short time.. and didn’t really know what to expect. But it feels my path has just cracked open again or the mist has cleared a bit for me to see the direction, and this is just such a profound feeling. Thank you for the talent and gifts you possess, and your kindness.”
- ALICE
“Here is a sunrise picture from this morning, it felt like a dawn of a new sense of self for me. Since our session I feel like there has been quite a bit of shedding of identity (I also started bleeding yesterday) so a lot of letting go... whilst infused with the beauty of the rose and the openness of my heart.
I truly am so grateful for the space you created in the session, the beauty of the altar, the intuitive way you curated the session, the way you held my stories with love and the beautiful visualisations.”
- ANNA
“Was lovely to have a gentle practice to kick off the weekend.”
- PIA
“Thank you so much Marina 🙏 I’m so grateful for today and it honestly was so perfectly timed. I’ve felt so out of myself this week and today helped me come back home ❤️”
- ASH
“It feels so nourishing. I love attending the 30-minute sessions. It’s a moment to myself. I love the community. Women need women. We all can learn off each other rather than doing it alone. I love the weekly rhythms. It’s a group of people holding each other.

What will change for you
The change is not about becoming a different woman. It is about becoming more available to the woman you already are.
As you practice paying attention to yourself in a different way, you may begin to recognise what you need before you reach the point of depletion, and notice when you are moving from choice into obligation, over-functioning or people-pleasing.
You may feel more connected to your body and its signals, with greater space between what you feel and how you respond. You may find yourself trusting your own inner knowing more readily, rather than constantly looking outside yourself for answers.
Over time, there may also be more room for rest, pleasure, creativity and receiving, alongside a greater capacity for stillness, vitality and aliveness. Your choices may begin to feel more aligned with what actually matters to you, and what you discover in practice can gradually find its way into your relationships, work and everyday life.
Ultimately, the shift is from knowing something intellectually to experiencing it in your body and allowing that experience to shape the way you live.

Everything you need to know:
-
Nectar is created especially for women who feel stretched, tired, and like there’s little left to give.
Rather than asking more of you, Nectar offers a soft landing place, spaces of rest, replenishment, and gentle guidance that help you come back to yourself.
Inside, you’ll find practices that are restorative, simple, and doable, even on the hardest days, from a 10-minute tea ritual to a 30-minute Yin class.
Each one is designed to nourish your energy instead of depleting it.
Nectar will support you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone. You’ll be held by community, grounded rituals, and rhythms that bring you back into balance.
-
That’s the beauty of Nectar, it’s designed to flow with your life, not add to your to-do list. Most practices are short, simple, and flexible - 2, 5, 10, 30 minutes, so you can weave them into your day in ways that feel natural: with your morning cup of tea, before bed, or in a quiet moment between tasks.
You don’t need to keep up with everything live. Every class, ritual, and circle is recorded and saved in the library, so you can return to it whenever it suits you.Think of Nectar less as something extra you have to do, and more as a gentle pause - a way of creating pockets of presence and nourishment in the rhythm of your daily life.
-
Not at all. Sessions and circles are recorded and saved in the library, ready for you anytime.
Some sessions, like our Women’s Circles and Guest Facilitator Sessions, are interactive gatherings where you can connect, share, and be witnessed.
Others, like our weekly Yin Yoga and Tea & Writing, are live-streamed practices you can simply follow along with from home, no interaction needed - but there if you wish. Each offers a different kind of nourishment, depending on what you need in the moment.
Joining live, especially for the circles and interactive sessions, adds a beautiful layer of community and connection - you’ll be able to share the experience in real time, feel supported, and journey alongside others.
-
Yes, absolutely. Everything is designed to be accessible, whether you’re completely new to these practices or have been exploring them for years. You’ll be guided step by step, with plenty of space to move at your own pace, and can adapt them to your needs in each moment.
-
Real change unfolds through consistency, not intensity.
The 6-month membership gives you the time and space to truly settle into the rhythms of Nectar - to become familiar with the practices, create nourishing rituals that support your everyday life, and experience the gentle unfolding that happens when you are held in a supportive container over time.
Across two full seasons, you'll have the opportunity to move beyond simply trying something new and begin weaving these practices into who you are and how you live.
Transformation doesn't happen all at once. It happens one breath, one ritual, one choice at a time.
Many women love the commitment of having six months intentionally set aside for themselves - a steady space for nourishment, connection, creativity, and renewal.
-
You’ll have access for as long as you remain a member.
-
Yes, you can cancel your membership from your account settings whenever you wish.

Nectar is designed to fit into a full life.
There are practices you can do in five minutes, alongside longer Yin, breathwork and reflective sessions for when you have more space. The live sessions alternate each week between Yin & Breath and Tea & Writing, creating a simple and sustainable rhythm of practice and reflection.
The live sessions are there to give your practice rhythm and connection, but everything is recorded so you can return in your own time.
Think of Nectar less as another commitment on your list and more as a rhythm you can return to. Some weeks you might join a live session; other weeks, you might take five quiet minutes for yourself, listen to a practice while you walk, spend some time writing or simply allow yourself to pause.
The point is not to keep up. It is to stay in relationship with yourself, even when life is full.
-
Real change rarely comes from one inspiring session or a few weeks of trying something new. More often, it comes through returning, noticing, practicing, forgetting and beginning again.
Six months gives you the space to move through different seasons of your life and experience these practices in more than one context. You may meet Nectar when you have plenty of capacity, and again when life feels fuller. You may discover what supports you when you are energised, and what you need when you are stretched.
There is no need to rush towards a particular outcome. The invitation is simply to give yourself enough time for a new relationship with yourself to take root.
This is not a six-month challenge. It is six months of having somewhere to return to.
Self-nourishment is not selfish
Women are often taught to be responsive to everyone else’s needs before their own: to anticipate, care, hold, organise and keep going. But what happens when you begin to include yourself in the care you so naturally offer others?
Self-nourishment isn’t about withdrawing from life or putting yourself first at everyone else’s expense. It is about staying connected to yourself while being in relationship with the world around you, and developing the discernment to recognise what genuinely deserves your time, energy and attention.
It means becoming more familiar with what nourishes you, what depletes you, what matters to you and what no longer needs to be carried. With that awareness comes the possibility of making different choices: prioritising what is meaningful, creating boundaries around what isn’t, and allowing your time and energy to reflect the life you actually want to live.
And from there, giving can become something different too. Rather than constantly pouring from an empty cup, you can begin to give from a place that is resourced and connected to yourself.
There is more room for generosity, presence, creativity and care when you are not continually overriding your own needs in order to meet everyone else’s.
A nourished life isn’t simply about having less on your plate. It is about having enough of yourself available to experience the life you are living, and enough clarity to choose what is truly worth giving yourself to.
Who is Nectar for?
Nectar is for the woman who is capable, caring and used to holding a lot.
She may be a professional, creative, practitioner, mother, teacher, healer or simply someone who has spent years being the person others can rely on. From the outside, things may look fine, yet somewhere along the way she has become a little disconnected from herself.
She knows a lot. She has probably read the books, listened to the podcasts, explored personal growth or done her own inner work. What she is longing for now is not necessarily more information, but the opportunity to experience herself differently.
She wants to slow down without disappearing, to feel without becoming overwhelmed by everything she feels, and to listen more closely to her body. She wants to reconnect with creativity, pleasure and aliveness, develop greater trust in herself and live with more presence and intention.
Nectar is for the woman who is ready to make that relationship with herself part of her everyday life.
Why do you need this?
Because knowing what you need and actually making space for it are two different things.
You can understand your patterns and still find yourself repeating them. You can know that rest matters and still keep pushing, or recognise what is nourishing and still struggle to prioritise it. You can have plenty of insight and yet feel disconnected from the experience of actually living what you know.
Nectar creates a place to practice something different. Not through more pressure, discipline or self-improvement, but through repetition, presence and an ongoing relationship with yourself.
Six months gives you enough time for these practices to become more than something you try. They can become something familiar, something you know how to return to when life gets busy, uncertain or full.
It is less about adding another thing to your life and more about creating a different way of meeting the life you already have.
