Welcome to Nectar
Your Sanctuary of Nourishment and Radiance
The kettle hums.
Your shoulders drop.
Somewhere inside, a breath you didn’t know you were holding lets go.
Nectar is a gathering place — an online sanctuary for women to rest, unfurl, and return to the rhythm their body has always known.
Guided by the seasons.
Held in circle.
Nourished by practices that meet you exactly where you are.
I remember a quiet winter morning, sitting with my tea, feeling the stillness settle in, and knowing deeply that this space needed to exist. A place to come home to yourself, to slow down, and to be replenished.
So, what is Nectar?
Nectar is a living, breathing membership - a place where your rest is not an afterthought but the way. It brings together live women’s circles, nourishing and creative practices, and a growing library of yin yoga, breathwork, somatics, practical philosophy, earth rituals, and more. Each offering is an invitation to slow down, nourish your body, and remember what it feels like to be deeply present in your own life.
Nectar isn’t a program you have to keep up with.
It’s a home you can return to, in your own time, in your own way.
Nectar is for the women who hold so much, whose days are woven with tending to others or juggling many roles, jobs, and responsibilities. If your body is whispering for stillness, warmth, and a rhythm that feels like yours again, you’ll find yourself here.
When you join Nectar, you’ll be welcomed into:
Live Women’s Circles
Gather in real time with women around the world, honouring the energy of the season. Feel the warmth of tea in your hands, the comfort of being witnessed, and the quiet magic of sharing in circle.
The Practice Library
A growing collection of Yin Yoga, breathwork, somatics, and earth medicine rituals you can return to whenever you need grounding or replenishment. Sink into the gentle weight of a blanket in Yin, breathe deeply, and let your nervous system soften.
Creative & Nourishing Sessions
Gentle, playful, and restorative moments to reconnect with joy and ease. Imagine your hands moving across paper, your breath steady, as creativity flows without pressure or expectation.
Seasonal Rituals
Guided ceremonies to honour the turning of the seasons and weave nature’s cycles back into your own. Feel the shift in the air, the candlelight flicker, and the grounding presence of ritual.
Wisdom Sharing
Pre-recorded teachings inspired by Taoism, Shamanism, Tantra, Stoicism, and other traditions and philosophies to deepen your connection to the natural rhythms of life. Listen with a cup of tea, allowing the words to land gently and awaken something within.
Before Nectar, your days might feel full but your energy stretched thin. Your shoulders hold more than you realise. Rest feels like something to “fit in” rather than something to be met by.
Inside Nectar, you’ll find a rhythm that softens your edges, a body that feels held and tended to, and moments where the noise quiets, so you can hear yourself again. This isn’t about doing more. It’s about remembering you were never meant to do it all without being replenished.
All rituals and practices are invitational - you are warmly invited to engage with what resonates, and to gently leave behind anything that does not feel aligned or supportive for you. Trust your body, your intuition, and your inner guidance always.

“There is a fire in the heart that cannot be extinguished; it burns quietly in the sanctuary of your body, lighting the way home to yourself.”
— The Radiance Sutras, Lorin Roche
Meet Marina,
Your Facilitator & Guide
I created Nectar as a sanctuary for women who give so much of themselves and crave a space to return, soften, and be nourished.
My own journey - as a mother, intuitive artist, medicine woman, physiotherapist, yoga teacher - has been woven through caregiving, space-holding, and ceremony. It has taught me the importance of moving with the seasons, and of honouring both rest and renewal.
Through ritual, women’s circles, seasonal living, and motherhood, I’ve guided hundreds of women back into connection with their bodies and rhythms. Nectar is the natural extension of this work: a place to land, to exhale, and to remember that you are deeply held.
I created Nectar because I witnessed, again and again, how women lose themselves in the weight of responsibility - exhausted, stretched, forgetting their own vitality and passions. I know this path intimately, and I know it doesn’t have to be this way. Nectar exists to remind you that your body is a sacred temple, that presence can be simple, and that tending to yourself ripples outward to everyone and everything you love.
It is my offering of remembrance: that rest is not indulgence, that beauty restores us, and that you are allowed to be nourished too.
It’s an honour to welcome you into this space.

“Marina is a beautiful guide, and soul energy who is incredibly adept at healing, guiding and facilitating. She was willing to open me up, listen and then take my hand and hold with me during some painful moments. Being held and being witnessed in my pain was one of the most powerful things Marina did for me. Incredibly grateful and humbled to have experienced Marina's healing energy.”
— Kiri
“I loved the mindfulness of drinking the tea. The gentle movement practices offered - I realised I need a lot more of this. The care, kindness and thought that went into the whole offering. The slow and thoughtful pace to which it was presented. Being able to journal my feelings freely at the end.”
— Simone
“The intention for the evening was clear and grounded in still and deeply reflective presence. Marina's words and the pace of her words, accompanied by beautiful non intrusive, evocative music, felt very centring and nurturing. The sense was, for me, a safe and sacred holding space in the company of a group of women who also carried in them the spirit of longing to be present, open and receptive. Embodied practices were received as invitations to awaken and listen to our lives with less emphasis on 'thinking' and more on being simply 'with myself' 'with and in life.' Marina humbly and generously led and facilitated in a way that offered us participants no distraction from 'presence.' Wonderful! Sap was/is a living metaphor, a beautiful way to turn awareness to live from inside out!”
— Maria
FAQ
-
Nectar is created especially for women who feel stretched, tired, and like there’s little left to give.
Rather than asking more of you, Nectar offers a soft landing place, spaces of rest, replenishment, and gentle guidance that help you come back to yourself.
Inside, you’ll find practices that are restorative, simple, and doable, even on the hardest days, from a 10-minute tea ritual to a 30-minute Yin class.
Each one is designed to nourish your energy instead of depleting it.
Nectar will support you to slow down, reconnect with your body, and remember that you don’t have to carry everything alone. You’ll be held by community, grounded rituals, and rhythms that bring you back into balance.
-
That’s the beauty of Nectar, it’s designed to flow with your life, not add to your to-do list. Most practices are short, simple, and flexible - 2, 5, 10, 30 minutes, so you can weave them into your day in ways that feel natural: with your morning cup of tea, before bed, or in a quiet moment between tasks.
You don’t need to keep up with everything live. Every class, ritual, and circle is recorded and saved in the library, so you can return to it whenever it suits you.Think of Nectar less as something extra you have to do, and more as a gentle pause - a way of creating pockets of presence and nourishment in the rhythm of your daily life.
-
Not at all. Every class, ritual, and circle is recorded and saved in the library, ready for you anytime.
Some sessions, like our Women’s Circles and quarterly Creative Sessions, are interactive gatherings where you can connect, share, and be witnessed.
Others, like our fortnightly Yin Yoga and Tea & Writing, are live-streamed practices you can simply follow along with from home, no interaction needed. Each offers a different kind of nourishment, depending on what you need in the moment.
Joining live, especially for the circles and interactive sessions, adds a beautiful layer of community and connection - you’ll be able to share the experience in real time, feel supported, and journey alongside others.
-
Yes, absolutely. Everything is designed to be accessible, whether you’re completely new to these practices or have been exploring them for years. You’ll be guided step by step, with plenty of space to move at your own pace, and can adapt them to your needs in each moment.
-
This work is about moving with the natural cycles and seasons - both within and in nature.
It takes time to soften into the practices and feel the shifts they bring. A monthly option can feel rushed, while a quarterly or annual membership allows you to truly settle in, receive the nourishment, and experience the transformations that unfold over time.
It also helps create a steadier, more committed container for the whole community, so we can journey together in a way that feels grounded and sustainable. -
Choosing the annual membership is the most nourishing and sustainable option. It gives you the full cycle of a year - moving through all four seasons together - so you can experience the depth of the practices and the rhythm of the circles in their entirety.
You’ll also save compared to paying quarterly, and you won’t need to think about renewing every few months. Many women love the sense of commitment it brings, knowing they have a whole year held for them — a steady container of support, rest, and renewal.
Annual founding members will also receive:A personalised guided ritual recording, curated especially for them
A handmade ritual kit, lovingly posted directly to their home
-
You’ll have access for as long as you remain a member.
-
Yes, you can cancel your membership from your account settings whenever you wish.
Why the name Nectar?
The very word nectar carries a lineage of meaning
that points back to the essence of life.
In the Tantric tradition, nectar is Amrita - “the immortal,” a subtle elixir said to flow in deep meditation. In Greek mythology, it was the drink of the gods, conferring vitality and delight. In Taoist alchemy, nectar is the Golden Elixir - the refined union of body, energy, and spirit, cultivated patiently from within.
Across traditions, nectar is the distillation of life-force: sweetness, essence, and subtle medicine that nourishes body and soul. Like the flower offering nectar to the bee, or the body revealing stillness to the heart, Nectar (this space we share) is a place to sip from your own inner well.
In the Way of Dao, nectar is more than sweetness - it is the distillation of essence, of breath and stillness, of remembering our original nature. Like the Golden Elixir, it is not taken from outside, but revealed from within. Slowly. Patiently. Devotionally.
At its heart, Nectar is also a practice of sacred sensuality: reclaiming sensory aliveness as a pathway to the sacred. Here, the senses are not distractions, but gateways. Every sip of tea, every breath, every flicker of candlelight can become a prayer.
Sacred sensuality reminds us that the body is not a problem to solve, but a living altar to listen to, adorn, and cherish. This is the nectar we are here to tend together: the nectar of rest, of stillness, of creativity and expression. The nectar of remembering your body as temple.
Nectar is both ancient and modern, mythic and deeply embodied, a gathering place where the sacred reveals itself in the simplest, most human of ways.
