Tea & Writing Sessions

Fortnightly Fridays | 7:30am AEST | Online via Zoom

Next Gathering: September 26th

Sessions are held for 40min, with the option to extend the writing time for those who have the time. Recording available for those who can’t attend live but would still like to receive the guided practice.

Start your day in ceremony.

Each fortnight, we gather in the quiet of the morning with a simple ritual: sharing tea together in presence, then opening into free-flow writing. These sessions are a chance to slow down, listen inward, and let words move through you without judgment or pressure.

Whether you come with a specific intention or simply wish to be guided by the moment, this 40-minute practice is a nourishing way to reconnect with yourself before stepping into the day.

What to Expect

Tea Ritual: brew your favourite tea or plant infusion and arrive with presence.
Guided Opening: gentle words, intention setting, and space to arrive.
Free-Flow Writing: writing on a theme or prompt, opening the channel of expression.
Optional Sharing: space to share a reflection or a few lines of writing
Closing: a short moment of stillness before you carry the energy into your day.

You don’t need to be a “writer” to join. These sessions are about process, not perfection. A simple, consistent practice of tea and words can bring clarity, creativity, and calm to your week.

Join us in this gentle rhythm of tea, presence, and words.

A Taste of Nectar

The Tea & Writing Sessions are usually held exclusively inside the Nectar membership, but I’m opening them as a stand-alone offering for a limited time so you can experience a taste of the sanctuary we cultivate together.

Inside Nectar, members receive:

  • Fortnightly Yin & Breathwork classes

  • Fortnightly Tea & Writing sessions

  • Monthly live circles: either a sharing women’s circle or creative practice guided by a guest facilitator held each month

  • A living and growing library of rituals, earth-based practices, nourishing sessions, intuitive arts, seasonal guidance: all recorded for you to explore in your own rhythm and time

  • A supportive community of women walking this path together

If you find yourself loving the rhythm of these tea mornings, Nectar may be the next step in deepening your practice and finding ongoing nourishment.

Meet Marina,
Your Facilitator & Guide

I created Nectar as a sanctuary for women who give so much of themselves and crave a space to return, soften, and be nourished.

A woman with long, wavy brown hair wearing a spaghetti strap dress standing outdoors among trees, with a water body in the background.

My own journey - as a mother, intuitive artist, medicine woman, physiotherapist, yoga teacher - has been woven through caregiving, space-holding, and ceremony. It has taught me the importance of moving with the seasons, and of honouring both rest and renewal.

Through ritual, women’s circles, seasonal living, and motherhood, I’ve guided hundreds of women back into connection with their bodies and rhythms. Nectar is the natural extension of this work: a place to land, to exhale, and to remember that you are deeply held.

I created Nectar because I witnessed, again and again, how women lose themselves in the weight of responsibility - exhausted, stretched, forgetting their own vitality and passions. I know this path intimately, and I know it doesn’t have to be this way. Nectar exists to remind you that your body is a sacred temple, that presence can be simple, and that tending to yourself ripples outward to everyone and everything you love.

It is my offering of remembrance: that rest is not indulgence, that beauty restores us, and that you are allowed to be nourished too.

It’s an honour to welcome you into this space.

Join Nectar as a founding member and step into a sanctuary where your rest and replenishment are not just welcome, they are the way.
