Sap: An Online Women’s Circle
for the Threshold of Winter
A 2-hour sanctuary for softening, shedding, and nourishing your roots
Thursday, June 19
7:00–9:00pm AEST
Online via Zoom
A gentle invitation
As we near the threshold of winter, nature begins her quiet descent. The air cools, the days shorten, and the earth’s energy slowly pulls inward. In this seasonal pause, before the deepest darkness of solstice, you’re invited to listen. To soften. To come home to yourself.
Sap is a space to be held in the in-between.
A space to reflect on all you’ve outgrown.
A space to honour your own slow becoming.
Through movement, breath, writing, ritual, and heartful sharing, this online women’s circle offers a sanctuary to reconnect with your body, your essence, and your inner knowing. Rooted in rhythm, rest, and remembrance,
Sap welcomes you just as you are.
Why Sap?
Sap is the lifeblood of the tree, moving quietly through its core, even in the heart of winter. Though the surface may seem bare, something essential and alive is always flowing beneath. This circle honours the same within you: your deep wisdom, your quiet energy, and the nourishment that sustains you through all cycles of growth, rest, and becoming.
This session is for you if you’re:
Feeling tired, scattered, or stretched thin, longing for deep rest
In a season of transition, sensing that something within you is shifting
Ready to gently release old patterns or roles that no longer feel aligned
Wanting to feel more rooted in your body, your breath, and your truth
Craving meaningful connection with like-hearted women
Curious about living in rhythm with the seasons and the wisdom of the Earth
You don’t need to show up with clarity or confidence. You’re invited to come as you are, messy, in-between, reflective, radiant, or raw.

I can't remember the last time I felt that calm, It was very special and magic and I'm so so grateful"
“I am so grateful for today and it honestly was so perfectly timed. I have felt so out of myself and today helped me come back home."

Let yourself rest. Let yourself be held.

You don’t need to know exactly what’s next.
You only need to arrive.
You only need to remember the sap that flows within you.
