Reconnect. Ground. Arrive.

Art of Noticing is a short, gentle practice designed to help you slow down, come home to your body, and reconnect with your natural rhythm - even on the busiest days.

Inside Art of Noticing, you’ll find:

  • Short, approachable rituals that fit into everyday life

  • Guided prompts to anchor your attention in your body and senses

  • Opportunities to reconnect with your own natural rhythm and the cycles of the seasons

  • A practice you can return to again and again, building a sustainable sense of ease and nourishment

Step into Art of Noticing and give yourself permission to slow down, feel your body,

and savor the small, rich details of life.

In this practice, Marina guides you into the felt experience of Noticing

— a practice of presence inspired by Taoist wisdom and wu wei, the way of effortless being.

Together, we move through a gentle ritual of honoring space, land, lineage, and the natural world. You’ll be invited to soften into your senses, connect with a plant or flower as a living teacher, deepen your breath, and rest into a nourishing Yin Yoga child’s pose.

This practice is an invitation to slow down, attune to the subtleties of life, and notice the beauty

that arises when we simply observe — without judgment, without striving, just being.

You may wish to gather a few items before beginning:

  • Sacred smoke (incense, palo santo, dried herbs, or a smudge stick)

  • A candle

  • A plant or flower for meditation

  • A comfortable space for Yin Yoga, with a blanket, pillow, or bolster

May this practice support you in finding stillness, spaciousness, and presence,

carrying the Art of Noticing with you into your day or your rest.

May it serve as a gentle reminder that you don’t need to add more to your day. Instead, create sustainable pockets of presence and restoration — little moments that, over time, help your nervous system reset and your energy return.
