Marina holds and co-creates sacred spaces for self-inquiry, remembrance, deep nourishment and transformation. Marina serves as a guide and a bridge, holding you as you navigate your way Home to your true essence, supported by earth and spirit medicine, ancient and modern practices, sacred arts and tools.

In this one-on-one ceremony and mentorship, you will be held and guided as you journey in between realms, exploring intuitive and sacred practices, receiving the gifts of the earth and spirit, reclaiming your power and voice.

You will be nourished and rest in the present moment as you meet your most radiant authentic Self, regaining clarity and remembrance of your purpose and path of service.

This offering includes:

- An initial questionnaire

- A twenty-minute clarity call and setting of an altar and intentions

- A two-hour ceremony exclusively tailored to your needs

- A booklet with your individualised invitations, rituals, practices, plant allies and medicines, explorations and inspirations

- Two in-depth e-books exploring the menstrual cycle, intentional living and practices and rituals for each phase (over 90 pages with digestible chapters)

- A twenty-minute check-in a month after ceremony

About Marina stumpf

Marina is an embodied teacher of intentional and cyclical living, a medicine woman, an intuitive artist and a mother.

Marina is a trauma-informed and inclusive mentor, drawing from a holistic and multimodal background in clinical physiotherapy, somatics, breathwork, cyclical awareness, natural gynaechology, herbalism, Tantrik Yoga, South American Shamanism, Compassionate Inquiry (developed by Dr Gabor Maté), and beyond.

Marina is passionate about witnessing people reclaim their inner wisdom, their power and voice, in full authenticity.
